While visiting Global Horse Culture today I stumbled upon a saddle maker who lives in Pagosa Springs Colorado, Old West Saddlery. In my meanderings of the Southwest corner of Colorado I had found Pagosa Springs to be a place I may want to live in.  After getting moved one of my first trips will be to Pagosa Springs to check it out for my horses and horse endeavors, and for my massage and sustainable living endeavors.  It is 2 hours from Heather which is about perfect. Close enough to be family and far enough away not to be on top of one another.   The people who live in Pagosa Springs tend to be progressive alternative living friendly types which really appeals to me.

I’m so excited to go there and meet its people and to visit Bob an Terry of Old West Saddlery in person.
